About POD & Drop Shipping
What is POD (Print on Demand)?
POD (Print on Demand) is a business model that allows merchants to produce printed products without an upfront investment.
This means that each product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
What is Dropshipping?
Dropshipping allows us to sell you the products without storing inventory ourselves. That saves us money & helps us to reduce the cost of the items. You may receive the products from different addresses and thats because you are receiving them straight from the manufacturer.
If you have more questions please don't hesitate to contact us!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
-
Order Cancellation by Mistake: If you have placed an order by mistake and wish to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. However, please note that as our products are made especially for you, once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellation if it has already been sent to production.
-
Order Cancellation after Production: If your order has already been sent to production and we have captured the charge, you may be subject to a cancellation fee. This is because Stripe, our payment processor, charges us a fee for cancelled orders.
We understand that mistakes happen, and we will do our best to accommodate order cancellations. However, due to the nature of our made-to-order products and the fees associated with cancellation, we encourage you to review your order carefully before placing it to avoid any inconvenience. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the options available to you.

Returns Policy
At KedushaKids, all our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Each product has its own production time specified on the individual item.
Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, our printing company offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please Contact Us in order to report any issues.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy for Drop-Shipped Items:
We are excited to offer drop-shipping services to our customers, which means that we do not carry inventory in-house and instead ship items directly from our suppliers to our customers. This allows us to offer a wide selection of products and competitive prices.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the location of our suppliers and the item being shipped. However, we will do our best to provide accurate estimated shipping times and keep you updated on the status of your order.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates will vary depending on the item being shipped and the location of our supplier. We will provide you with an estimated shipping cost before you place your order. As much as possible we try to roll in the shipping costs into the products so that there are no surprises.
Shipping Methods: We use a variety of shipping carriers depending on the supplier and the item being shipped. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can track your package online.
International Shipping: We currently don't offer international shipping. Please check in for future updates.
Order Cancellation and Changes: If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any changes or cancellations.
Lost or Damaged Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. We will work with you to ensure that you receive a replacement item as soon as possible.
